While she's best known for her acting abilities, it seems Nicole Kidman knows how to drive a hard bargain in the real estate realm.
The "Moulin Rouge" star recently sold her Greenwich Village, NYC home for $16 million and it wasn't even for sale to begin with!
Kidman's 3,800 square-foot abode was actually a $45,000-a- month rental property, but one eager buyer decided to make a bid at owning the joint.
Nicole bought the property back in 2003, and she also has an apartment in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan with her hubby Keith Urban.
