Katie Holmes & Suri: Busy Day in the Big Apple
Having recently returned to the East Coast, Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise opted to spend the day roaming around New York City yesterday afternoon (August 19).
The "Dawson's Creek" darling and her little girl joined publicist Leslie Sloane and her daughter for lunch at Alice's Tea Cup, one of Suri's favorite establishments.
From there, the fabulous foursome headed over to Leows Lincoln Square for a screening of the newly-released "The Odd Life of Timothy Green."
Meanwhile, Katie and Suri's trip to Toledo, Ohio last week was plagued with rumors that this was the first time the six-year-old had met her cousins.
However, an insider told press, "Katie visited Ohio with Suri many times. To say Tom prevented anything is a gross lie. He not only didn't prevent [Suri having a relationship with Holmes' family] but encouraged it and paid for it! The first several birthday parties Katie and Tom threw for Suri had the family and cousins come to town – all expenses were paid for by Tom."
