Happy to kick her feet up and be pampered, Halle Berry headed to Mailan Nail Salon for a manicure and pedicure today (August 14).
The "Monster's Ball" star went casual in a hunter green sleeveless top, cutoff shorts, black flip flops, and a military-style cap, complete with a very large black bag as she celebrated her 46th birthday today.
After her scary fall on the set of "The Hive" earlier this summer, Halle witnessed a similar accident Sunday night (August 12).
While dining with daughter Nahla and fiancée Olivier Martinez at the Taverna Tony restaurant, an old woman walked past their table and slipped, toppling to the ground and hitting her elbow on the way.
Sources told TMZ that the woman couldn't move and an ambulance was immediately called. However, the birthday girl didn't wait around. She reportedly make a quick exit out the back door soon after the accident.
