She's no stranger to randomly targeting celebrities with her Twitter account and Amanda Bynes' latest issue is with Miley Cyrus.
The troubled "She's the Man" actress took to her micro-blogging account after midnight to post a simple slam- "Ur ugly @mileycyrus."
Along with the message, Bynes included a photo of Miley at the Billboard Music Awards from last month.
Thankfully, Cyrus hasn't retaliated against Amanda so hopefully this will all just blow over and go away!
