Jessica Simpson & Eric Johnson Welcome Ace Knute!

The pitter patter of little feet will sound once again for Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson, as the couple welcomed their second child into the world on Sunday (June 30).

Ace Knute Johnson was born via scheduled c-section to the actress and her fiance and both mom and baby are doing fine according to a statement released by Jessica's rep, which read: "Ace Knute (pronounced Ka-nute) Johnson has arrived! Mom and baby are doing great. Jessica, Eric and Maxwell are thrilled to welcome the new addition to their family."

This is the second child for the couple, their daughter Maxwell is fourteen months old. They have been engaged since 2010 but have postponed their big day twice, both due to the back-to-back pregnancies.

Days after sharing with her fans that her father had passed away, Demi Lovato reached out again on Saturday (June 29) to let them know he was laid to rest.

The "Give Your Heart a Break" songstress tweeted, "Today I put my Daddy to rest.... hardest thing I've ever done.. But I know great things will come of this..."

She continued, "There's an overwhelming sense of peace knowing my dad is no longer battling his demons anymore and that makes me so happy."

Though they had a strained relationship, the 20-year-old told "Good Morning America" on Thursday "My father and I didn't have the most ideal relationship. But at the end of the day, he's still my dad. And I grew up with him, he was a wonderful person. And it's difficult. But I'm handling it OK."

"Glee" Adds Five to Season 5 Cast

As plans take shape for the fifth season of "Glee," some familiar faces will not be returning, while recurring guests have become regulars.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Heather Morris, Mark Salling, Amber Riley, and Harry Shum, Jr. will not be back for the new season, except in occasional appearances.

Meanwhile, five actors who have been on the show on-and-off have been upgraded to series regulars, and are expected to be in the majority of the episodes in the new season.

Alex Newell, Blake Jenner, Melissa Benoist, Jacob Artist, and Becca Tobin all received the nod as the newest cast members for the hit show.

Paula Deen Temporarily Loses Partnership with QVC

They originally said they were weighing their options on whether or not to continue their partnership with Paula Deen, but on Thursday (June 27) QVC announced they are currently dropping the famed chef.

In a statement, head of the home shopping giant explained that this recent decision may not be permanent, explaining, "Some of you may wonder whether this is a 'forever' decision – whether we are simply ending our association with Paula. We don't think that's how relationships work. People deserve second chances. And we always strive to do the right thing."

In response to the latest withdrawl, Deen released her own comments, saying, "As you know, I have some important things to work on right now, both personally and professionally. And so we've agreed that it's best for me to step back from QVC and focus on setting things right."

As previously reported by GossipCenter, QVC is just the latest in a slew of organizations who have backed out of dealing professionally with the Food Network icon including Wal-Mart, Home Depot and the Smithfield ham company.

Modern Family Considers a Gay Wedding

Now that the US Supreme Court has struck down the Defense of Marriage Act, the folks over at "Modern Family" could incorporate a gay wedding into the plotline for the new season.

Given that Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson play a homosexual couple on the hit ABC show, the writers have fertile soil for a whole new nuptial tangent.

Creator Christopher Lloyd explained, "It's a real possibility. It's certainly something we are contemplating on the show in ways we wouldn't have in prior seasons."

In May the ACLU issued a petition to ABC demanding that Cam and Mitchell tie the knot. The statement read, "We're doing this not just because we love Modern Family, but because we are at a watershed moment when the Supreme Court is considering two cases regarding the freedom to marry; when states are passing marriage equality laws with increasing frequency; and a majority of Americans support marriage equality. And the freedom to marry is being advanced in American living rooms as much as in court rooms."

Following the SCOTUS decision, Jesse tweeted "Victory for marriage in California as #Prop8 is struck down. Small but substantial steps toward #MarriageEquality for all." Still settling into parenthood, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finally let slip their baby girl North's weight at birth.

A friend of the couple told press that she weighed in a 4 pounds, 15 ounces and was five weeks early. "She's tiny and perfect. She looks just like Kim- with her dark hair and some of her features."

As for the premature birth, the insider shared, "Kim was scared. And the doctors had to assure her that even though the baby was early, she was ready."

Thankfully, after getting the all-clear from her medical team, mother and baby left the hospital after a week last Friday, and the happy family -- including West -- are settling in.

Resuming his Believe world tour, Justin Bieber rocked the stage on Saturday night (June 22) in San Diego, California.

Whipping fans into a frenzy, the Biebs pulled out all the stops and put on a dazzling show, performing all his hits, including "Baby," "Fall," and "One Less Lonely Girl."

Held at the Valley View Casino Center, the young crooner sent several tweets amping himself up for the crowed including, "SAN DIEGO IM IN THE BUILDING AND THE #BELIEVETOUR IS BACKKKKK!!!!!!"

After five anxious days of anticipation, the name of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's daughter has finally been revealed.

According to TMZ, the birth certificate at Cedars-Sinai hospital where the 32-year-old reality star gave birth states that the little one's name is, North West.

At this time there has been no official word from West or the Kardashian clan, but rumors had swirled in the past that the pair may have chosen a "directional" name.

James Gandolfini of "The Sopranos" Passes Away in Italy

He was known for his role as Tony Soprano on the hit HBO drama "The Sopranos", and it's sad to report that James Gandolfini passed away on Wednesday (June 19) at the age of 51.

The talented actor, who won numerous awards including a Golden Globe for his work on the HBO show apparently died of a heart attack in Italy, where he was to attend the Taormina Film Festival in Sicily.

In addition to his roles on the small screen, Mr. Gandolfini appeared in films such as "Get Shorty," "The Mexican" and "Zero Dark Thirty."
