Enjoying a little afternoon relaxation, Kat Graham got her zen on while doing some yoga with a pal at a Los Angeles, CA park on Tuesday (October 2).
The "Vampire Diaries" damsel showed off her tight tummy in a midriff-baring tee reading "free Kat Graham" and brightly colored patchwork bandana pants while cooling off with a male friend by grabbing a healthy, post-workout smoothie.
On the career front, 23 year-old Kat showed off her impressive vocals during the just-aired episode of the "high-octane musical chairs competition" CW show, "Oh Sit."
Taking to her Twitter page on Monday to let everyone know about her TV appearance plans, Graham wrote, "OH SIT!! I'll be performing "heart killer" tomorrow night on "Oh Sit!" on CW at 8/7pmC fun fact: the performance was conceptualized and designed by @PerezHilton #theresnocryinginbaseball."
