Facing up to a year behind bars, Amanda Bynes has had her driver's license suspended after being charged with two counts of hit-and-run.
The "She's The Man" actress is expected to be arraigned later this month to learn her fate but, in the meantime, records at the California Department of Motor Vehicles show that she will not be getting behind the wheel anytime soon.
Most recently, Amanda was accused of rear-ending someone on August 4th then driving off - which led her April 6th hit-and-run incident to be re-opened after the case was rejected due to lack of witnesses.
Miss Bynes was arrested in early April for suspicion of driving under the influence around 3 a.m. after hitting the rear of a sheriff's car and refusing a sobriety test.
Following the arrest, Amanda took to Twitter to call on higher authority, writing, "Hey @BarackObama... I don't drink, Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end."
The troubled star was also cited for using her cell phone while operating a vehicle, something she won't be able to use for up to a year if convicted of both hit-and-run charges.
