Gearing up for another day of runway shows, Chloe Moretz strolled out of the Crillon Hotel in Paris, France this morning (February 28).

The "Hugo" cutie was nice enough to stop and sign autographs and pose for pictures with a few lucky fans that gathered to greet her.

Chloe has been thoroughly enjoying her time at Paris Fashion Week, having taken in the H&M presentation at the Rodin Museum last night (February 27) with Emma Roberts.

Meanwhile, Miss Moretz is well on her way to becoming a licensed driver. She told press, "I've literally just applied for my permit so I'm a little behind. But probably by September I'll have my license. I'm a terrified driver, especially going through the driver's ed stuff because they give you all these things on fatalities and all this scary stuff and I'm like, 'Mom, I really don't know if I want to drive. Maybe I'll just walk.'"

There's a widespread tendency for parents to idolize their kids at the expense of their marriage, but Giuliana Rancic isn't going down that road.

In a new interview, the E! reporter explained that while her baby Edward is a precious blessing in her life, husband Bill comes first.

Giuliana shared, "We're husband and wife, but we're also best friends, and it's funny because a lot of people, when they have kids, they put the baby first, and the marriage second. That works for some people."

"For us, I find, we put our marriage first and our child second, because the best thing we can do for him is have a strong marriage. So we're even stronger than we ever were before and even imagined we could be."

"I always say to Bill, 'You were my first baby,' because he was! He was my first love and my first baby and Duke is my second baby," she added.

Bradley Cooper to Headline "Kokowaah" Remake

Coming off an Academy Award nomination for his role in "Silver Linings Playbook," Bradley Cooper has signed on to star in a remake of the German film "Kokowaah."

Hitting the red carpet at one of Britain's biggest awards shows, Florence Welch attended the NME Awards at The Troxy in London on Wednesday (February 27).

The frontwoman for Florence and the Machine wore a black and blue floral dress with a semi-sheer blue top as she smiled for photographers before heading inside.

Tina Fey On Hosting 2014 Oscars: No Thanks!

Now that Seth MacFarlane has ruled out an Academy Awards repeat, the Oscar folks are hard at work to find an emcee for the 2014 event. However, Tina Fey is also not interested.

The "30 Rock" babe, who earned rave reviews for her Golden Globes co-hosting gig with Amy Poehler, was actually mentioned by William Shatner during a segment on Sunday's Oscars as a preferred option to MacFarlane.

But Tina's not going there. She explained, "It's an honor to be 'Shatnered.' [But] I just feel like that gig is so hard. Especially for, like, a woman -- the amount of months that would be spent trying on dresses alone . . . No way."

Instead, Fey will focus on the new "Muppets" movie, a new Steve Carell flick called "Mail Order Groom," and developing a new sitcom for the NBC network.

When she's not solving mysteries on her television series "Elementary," Lucy Liu is keeping up with her serious workouts and telling us all about it in the March 2013 issue of Fitness.

The 44-year-old actress showed off her perfectly toned bod on the front page while chatting about everything from her ultimate weight loss secret to staying motivated.

During the interview, the "Charlies Angels" hottie admits, "Part of being an actress is that people are going to judge you whether you gain or lose weight -- it's just sort of a given,."

"But I've never had issues with food. When I was growing up, my family didn't have a lot. So if there was food, I was going to eat it!" she adds.

In regards to her busy schedule, Lucy turns to a holistic alternative, explaining, "I've been meditating twice a day for about two years now. It's helped me so much! It gives me a feeling of comfort and safety, and makes me feel as if I'm part of a bigger plan."

Meanwhile, Liu finds motivation from her friends and says, "A group of five of us - friends and friends of friends - got an e-mail chain going, and we all set goals: an ideal weight, inches we wanted to lose, eating habits we wanted to adopt. We would e-mail, saying 'I ran today' or 'I ate this,' and we'd share recipes."

Madonna Tests Instagram Policies

Though she's a long way from her "Like a Virgin" days, Madonna is still able to ruffle feathers, as she has recently proven on Instagram.

After only opening the account a week ago, the 54-year-old pop icon received warnings, which she posted.

According to the policy enforcers, "It has come to our attention that your account on Instagram has violated our Community Guidelines. Don't share photos that show nudity or mature content."

The offending content may have been shots of her partly bare rear end and cleavage. Also, she posted a photo of Frida Kahlo, which probably did not come from her camera since the artist died in 1954.

Reinforcing that not even the Material Girl is above site policy, the warning adds, "it is important to note that continuing to violate" their guidelines "may result in a disabled account, or discontinued access to Instagram, without warning."
